Vietnamese is my ethnicity. My name means yellow warbler, a type of bird. My name is pronounced closely to the number 1 even though it looks weird and would seem to be pronounced differently. My last name is pronounced lei/lay not lee. I am the only one in my family who was born in the U.S. and the only one without an American name. I am the youngest child; I have two older brothers. Traveling is something I look forward to. Working with glass is one of my hobbies. I have taken one stained glass class and 3 kiln working class. Hosting movie nights is how I like to spend time with my friends. I am quite shy but with the help of my friends I have poked out of my shell a little bit. One summer, years ago, I worked at the Orange County fair game booth. Even though I was soft voiced people would come closer to ask me what did you say. I guess that worked out for me. I get attached to people easily; it makes me sad to part ways. While most people get a thrill out of roller coasters, I am terrified of them. We have 3 dogs: Mimi, Duncan and Chrystal. I am a huge SONY fan, I enjoy acquiring new gadgets. “The Lake house” is one of my favorite movies. All kind of movies entertain me but my favorite genre is horror even though I am a scaredy cat. Action movies are good for theatres because I love hearing loud surround sound. I tend to say stupid things but more of a good laugh kind as opposed to being mean-stupid. Another quirky thing about me is I always assume people are not talking to me, so if I ignore you, I am sorry.

Their choice in color reflects green as in environmentally friendly green. The layout is basic, easy to locate links. The site is not flashy, trying to “sell” you products. There is a sense of calmness. The site updates regularly, so it does not become boring. The different fonts do not clash because there is some simple font mixed with funnier ones. The funkier typography is not bold in color so they recede back a bit as oppose to being too overpowering. A well balanced act there. You can add items to your cart quickly because of the layout of the products. If you want you can click on that item to enlarge it and get a detailed description such as the ingredients, tips and how to use product.
Well I am already biased. The site is quite colorful but in a good way. There is tons of information on this site, so you can pretty much find what you need. I like how when you click on a link you do not directly go to that page until you click read more. Sometimes you accidently click on a link and it is annoying how you have to hit stop or the back button. It gives you a summary about the product and if you are interested you can click to read more about it. They have an interactive option, they have a replica of the cell phones and you can play with it.
The website is colorful yet not an eyesore. It is fun and easy to navigate. There is a quick load up time, no delays. It is entertaining. No clutter was found. Font is legible. Cute icons and relates well to subject matter. The layout is well organized. Their website corresponds to their stores. There is a subcategory for the links which makes it easier to locate certain things. The pastel palette has a soothing effect. The site is on the simpler side as oppose to over doing it causing it to be tacky.
The site is simple but not boring. Very classy and sophisticated like the brand. I like how when you click on the link a cursor moves down to where you are at, an indicator to remind which link you are on and it is decorative. Then there is also a header to remind you. You cannot get lost on this site. The photography is cropped in an interesting way or they are taken with a theme. I like how the image enlarges when you scroll over it. There is also a description of the item below the picture.
Very cluttered, I had a hard time navigating the site. I was quite frustrated that I had to chat with a representative to find out where a link was located. The representative was helpful but I should have not even had to ask. I had EarthLink before and navigation was easy. I find the site to be bland, it does not pop or have unique features. Either they are missing links for member’s benefits or it is poorly executed. Their icons for the links are cliché and not well designed. There is way too many links which in return causes confusion.
ThisTheir site feels cramped to me. There is too much going on in the homepage. The font on the product cheapens it. An abundant amount of links covers the page. The bold red price tags reads cheap! There is nothing wrong with good deals but there is when it appears to be of cheap quality. Also the red letters takes attention away from the product and the remaining design. The description for the product is a close to being hard to read. I would imagine the elders would have a hard time reading it.
I like the store but not the site not so much. The photography layout is typical. Too many variation in font sizes as oppose to more designing to make certain phrases stand out. There is an option on the product page where you can customize how many items you want to view per page. Sometimes when you click on the next page, things get messed up. So what you end up is going back to the original x amount of items viewable per page. That little quirk should have been fixed long ago and should not be a frequent error.
Time Warner and Road Runner are linked together. Their website is hard to navigate also. The information on their site, I find not very helpful. They would have location addresses without their phone numbers. That is a basic and obvious piece of information people search for. Why would you leave that piece of information out? Before reaching locations it is not clearly stated on the site, you would have to click on customer service link first. It is just common sense to have these prominent on your site. Yes we are in an internet age but most people still use their phone to call for questions.
